The leadership 360 closely follows the Schroder Model (a widely respected high performance managerial competency framework) and has clear generic statements to suit multiple businesses. The statements are primarily based around the impact that the person has on the organisation and those they manage. Therefore it is a more senior level 360 for those who have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on their organisation and are operating at a strategic level.
360 feedback for managers
The manager 360 also follows the Schroder Model but is pitched at a level to complement the Leadership 360 and asks questions for managers not operating at a strategic level but responsible for their own performance and their team’s.
360 feedback for non-managers
The non manager 360 also follows the Schroder framework but is designed for those individuals without management responsibilities. It asks questions for individuals not operating at a management level, responsible only for their own performance.
