Getfeedback can provide 2 options for delivering online 360 degree feedback surveys
depending upon your requirements and available in house resources.
 
Managed Service
Getfeedback’s service delivery team can the manage the whole 360 process on your behalf
keeping you in the loop with regular status updates and providing you with a completion
status report that updates in real time allowing you to check in to see how things are
progressing.
The process is:
  • You give us the participant details
  • We set up and administer the 360 survey
  • We send each person an email inviting them to make their nominations and begin the 360 process
  • We manage the ongoing process, distributing reminders and providing technical support to ensure that completion rates are maximised
  • You receive the results on the agreed date

Self Administration
Getfeedback can provide an account and training that will enable the user / administrator to
access the Administrator's environment within the Getfeedback test system to:
  • Set up the administration of their online 360 degree feedback survey
  • Issue invitation emails to those people being asked to complete a survey
  • Monitor the progress of completion and issue email reminders etc
  • Generate and pull off the reports following completion of the test
